Cancellation Policy

At Royalty Salon Spa & Boutique, we value your time and our service providers' schedules. To ensure we can accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Policy Details: Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
